With 29 years experience in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Polestar Pilates, Sports Specific Training and Gymnastics; Coaching and Training, FIT offers Dance Specific options including the following:

  • Individual Dancer Body Assessment with Individual Programming
  • Small Group Dance Specific Cross Training Classes and Privates
  • Pilates Studio Dance Form Specific Training
  • Offsite Group Injury Prevention Talks to Dancers and Families (upon Scheduling)

Every session at F.I.T is taught with a maximum 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio, so you get real, hands-on attention, correction, and individualized programming — never a crowded class.
